Mr. Tareq Al Maousherji is a Bachelor of Law from Kuwait University and has more than 20 years experience in effective decision-making. Apart from being the Vice Chairman of HIT, Mr. Tareq Al Maousherji is also presently holding senior executive management position; Managing Director of Arabi Company,  General Manager & Managing Director of Gulf Paper Manufacturing Company, General Manager of Ali Al Rashed & Partners Co., Board Member of Rawdha & Hawally Co-operative Society, Partner of Al Mashora Legal Consultants. He is also the Member of Kuwaiti Lawyers Society.
 

A USA graduate with Master of Science degree in engineering and more than 20 years of Information Technology experience in many IT disciplines serving Kuwait and the Middle East. With a mission to increase Workers Equity's professional effectiveness and business coverage in supporting the GCC and Middle Eastern customers and markets by adopting new IT quality solutions, services and technologies


 

Hussain Rampurrwala
Business Development and Marketing Manager
Hussain Rampurrwala is the Sales & Marketing Director for Daleel International with a vision to take the company at a regional level. Prior to joining Daleel his previous experiences have been in Telecom, IT and service Industries in Kuwait where he held key positions in areas of Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Consultation. He has over 7 years experience in innovative & specialized business lines. He holds a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Pune University and Masters Degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and International Business from the University of Pune, India.

Mr. Said Al-Nashashibi
Call Center Sales Manager
 Said Alnashashibi is the Call Center Sales Manager for Daleel International with a vision to take the company at a regional level. Prior to joining Daleel his previous experiences have been in Food and customers service Industries in USA & Kuwait ,where he held key positions in areas of Sales, Business Development, Marketing and Consultation. He has over 22 years experience in innovative & specialized business lines. He holds a Bachelors degree in Science of Business Administration from Southern University (USA).

Fatma Mohammed Bin Ali
Call Center Operations Manager
                            A specialized expert in the industry of contact centers with more than 15 years of experience in call center operations’ policies, procedures and technologies as well as had the practice and knowledge in leading others into the professional customer relationship management & interaction, customer satisfaction, quality assurance and training.
Ms.Fatima who was been able to be part of a distinguished three years program in special medicine studies, is currently and proudly heading the department of Call Center Operations in Daleel after being selected to be the call center supervisor of NMTC for more than five years and after being the leading educator for the customers of a well known hospital in KSA.
 

Shahbaz Ahmed Chughtai
Technical Services Manager
Mr. Chughtai has achieved a Bachelors degree in the field of Engineering and Masters Degree in the field of Computer Science from UET (University of Engineering & Technology), Pakistan. He has more than 5 years of experience in public and private sector. He has a background in software development and customization / integration.
He is currently responsible for arranging software solutions to support Daleel International's core business and customer specific requirements.
 

Ashraf Samir Mustafa
Accounting and Administration Manager
Mr. Ashraf is the Accounting Manager of Daleel International Co. He achieved a degree in the field of Faculty in commerce and has completed his higher financial studies from the University of Cairo in 1988. He previously worked in various companies dealing in petroleum services in Egypt. He therefore holds an experience of 15 years as an accountant and Chief accountant.
